Shipping policy:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of
your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of
your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. Items not in stock typically take 10-15
business days
1. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected,
excluding applicable sales tax.
International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us
from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Return Policy:
The customer must notify us that the item(s) will be returned within 24 hours of receiving it and ship it
back in the same way it was shipped (i.e. Express Mail, Priority Mail, and UPS) within five days. No
goods will be accepted for return or exchange after (5) days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
Only items in pristine condition will receive a full refund excluding shipping charges, customer is
responsible for return shipping. So please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: 4.G.S.GEAR DOE’S NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE’S OF
ITEMS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS WORN, WASHED, DISCOLORED OR DAMAGED IN
ANY WAY THAT INCLUDES SMOKE, PET HAIR, ETC… Those items you decide to return
should be re-packaged immediately and secured back in its original packaging to avoid any damage.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Returns due to customer error will be
subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the products. There is a minimum
restocking fee of $5.00.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity of items
being purchased.
